Reconsidering Yugoslav Kosova
Speaker: Ervina Halili, Atdhe Hetemi and Arban Mehmeti
Ervina Halili MA is founder of the Rilindja Archive in Prishtina and is doing research on the publishing house Rilindja and its literary production in Albanian language in early Tito-Yugoslav times.
Atdhe Hetemi just published his Ph.D. thesis 'Student movements for the Republic of Kosovo' at the Palgrave Studies in the History of Social Movements. He is currently working on a project on the Islamic Community of Kosovo as the second center of Yugoslav Islam after Sarajevo.
Arban Mehmeti MA is finalizing his PhD thesis in Prague and Vienna on the Serbian-Kosovar relations in the field of cultural peace building.
