Lumnije Kadriu, Researcher at Institute of Albanology Prishtina
- The topic explores the ways Kosovo Albanian diaspora keeps ties with family and homeland through practicing life cycle rituals at the country of origin as well as touristic summer holidays in Albania and Montenegro.
- How the feeling of “homeness” is reached and why family remains as an anchor and tool enabling further cultural, social and emotional nurturing of transnational negotiated identities in continuously changing processes.
